As our activities slowly return to normal, I wanted to remind each of you that it truly is ok to not be ok. Our lives have changed over the last 14 months. Many of us have missed milestone celebrations with family and friends. Some have had to grieve the loss of loved ones in ways never experienced.

We regularly schedule our hair appointments, dental appointments and annual physicals. Take a moment to check in on your mental health. Remember its ok to not be ok. Know that speaking with a professional doesn’t lessen your faith. Also know that not everyone needs medication.
